Simon Thizwilondi Netshiozwi
(Pr.Sci.Nat) Managing Director
He holds a Master's degree in Geology from the University of Johannesburg. He has 17 years' postgraduate experience as a geologist and has spent his career with Iscor, Mintek, TransHex, De Beers and Etruscan Diamonds. He is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa and a registered Professional Natural Scientist.
Simon has co-authored three scientific papers, is a founder of Ugwa Consulting Services and Kimopax (Pty) Ltd, over the years he has contributed immensely in the growth of the Kimopax Group of companies.
Simon was also involved in Resource Estimation of Bankfontein Colliery and Ferret Colliery in Mpumalanga, managing exploration activities for Rare Elements in Namibia for Estruscan Diamond. He led the exploration activities for gold in Angola Cabinda providing manganese in Zambia, Diamonds in Botswana and Lesotho.

Moshima Simon Masoga
Executive Director
He is an experienced geohydrological specialist and Executive Director responsible for business development, corporate management, strategic overview, structuring, execution and post-projects monitoring. Moshima has over 10 years in the water supply industry and he has spent his career at VSA Geo-Consultants Group, Golder Associates, AGES Group before joining Kimopax as an Executive Director.
Moshima is the founder of Kimopax Eastern Cape and currently overseeing Kimopax Group growth in Limpopo and Free State Province as well as in Botswana and Tanzania.
Moshima has gained experience in the geo-environmental studies in the North-West, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Lesotho, Namibia and Tanzania. He has completed groundwater source development projects in various District Municipalities across South Africa and conducted surface water monitoring in Kabanga Nickel Mine in Tanzania. Moshima is currently busy with Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Corporate Governance.

Collen Monokofala (Pr.Sci.Nat)
Technical Director
He has obtained his Master's degree in Geohydrology (Cum Laude) from the University of the Free State. He holds vast experience in both mining and consultancy industries from his days in Kumba Iron Ore to VSA Geo-Consultants Group, Zitholele Consulting, Golder Associates and now Kimopax.
Collen has been instrumental in the formation and development of the Kimopax Group, he has vast experience in surface and groundwater related projects within the SADC region that includes seven provinces within South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Lesotho. He has done extensive work on the dolomitic and granitic aquifers with formidable success rate. Technically, he has the ability to analyze, interpret and conceptualize the natural (environment) systems to design the best solution for clients.
Looking to the future he wants to focus on long-term sustainability for the country and the region (Africa) through creating sustainable groundwater solutions in the rural communities.

Moropa
Madisha
(Pr.Sci.Nat) - Executive Director
Moropa is a geologist with over 24 years practical work experience which began in July 1994 at Anglo American Research Laboratories where he gained experience in gold and diamond research and exploration. In September 1996, he joined Africa Consolidated Mineral Exploration where he mainly undertook diamond exploration in the former Lebowa Homeland. He joined Khulani GeoEnviro Consultants as a Director in February 1998, where he acquired hydrogeological skills, and has recently joined Kimopax with the aim of contributing to the growth and development of a young dynamic black owned and managed consulting company.
Moropa hold a Master's Degree in Geology awarded by the Rand Afrikaans University, is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa and a registered Professional Natural Scientist.
He has been involved in numerous groundwater evaluation, development and monitoring projects in the North West, Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal and Limpopo Provinces. He has also been involved in platinum exploration projects including Ga-Phasha Project (Burgersfort) and Due diligence study of Anooraq Resources' Northern Limb Platinum Deposits for Pelawan Investments. He has also assisted with the development and management of several coal exploration projects including Lephalale coal Exploration Project for Thandululo Coal, Mpefu Coal Exploration Project for Warrior Coal and Efuleni Coal Project for Ibutho coal.
